In 2013, Alberto Washington founded Mercury America’s Financial Partners, a financial advisory and consulting firm. While still actively running his two companies, Alberto joined Oberon Securities, LCC in 2015. He serves as a senior investment banker with the New York City-based, boutique advisory firm, offering middle market companies advise and expertise in raising capital, structuring M&A transactions, capitalization initiatives, and strategic corporate management directive.
